We have four general practitioner doctors – Mark Fulton, Tracy Johns, Nicole Nelson (all 3 of whose books are closed) and Allison Butler (who joined us in Feb 2026) and three naturopaths – Gina Wilson, Danielle Roberts and Laurence Katsaras, all of whose books are still open.
Dr Mark Fulton
Hi! I founded Pulse Holistic Medical Centre. We are a team of holistic doctors and good naturopaths who offer the Sunshine Coast something a little different. We hope to give our patients the very best complementary medicine.
Dr Tracy Johns
Tracy Johns graduated from the University of Queensland in 1994. She practiced medicine in North Queensland and spent a year in the UK doing anaesthetics/ICU in 1998.
Danielle Roberts – Naturopath
Danielle has 20 years experience as a qualified practicing Naturopath and has always had a passion for health, vitality and helping others strive to be the best they can be.
Dr Nicole Nelson
Dr Nicole Nelson is an integrative medical doctor with a background in pharmacy and general practice.
Nicole had been attending nutrient/herbal seminars for 20 years and in 2011 began to formalise her education in nutritional and environmental medicine doing courses with ACNEM and other organisations.
She completed a Bachelor degree in pharmacy at Sydney University and worked as a hospital pharmacist before studying Medicine at the University of Queensland.
As a medical doctor, Nicole believes that most of her patients’ illnesses can be linked to diet, lifestyle choices and nutrient deficiencies
Gina Wilson – Naturopath
Gina is a highly qualified and experienced Naturopath who holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy as well as Diplomas in Herbal Medicine and Nutrition.
Laurence Katsaras-Acupuncturist/Naturopath
Laurence Katsaras is a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncturist and qualified Naturopath with over 22 years of experience in integrative healthcare.
Dr Allison Butler
Dr Allison Butler graduated from the University of Nottingham in 1993 with a Bachelor of Medical Science (Honours) and again in 1995 with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. She completed her vocational GP training in 1998, during which she also undertook diplomas in Family Planning (Sexual Health and Reproductive Medicine) and then in Dermatology.
Allison is passionate about all aspects of Women’s Health, including contraception, menstrual management, pre-natal, antenatal and postnatal care, weight management and hormone health etc.
